Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply to your use of TwinMiles ("the service"), operated by Strategzilla Ltd, trading as TwinMiles ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service is

TwinMiles provides practice questions, mock tests, flashcards and hazard perception practice to help you prepare for a driving theory test. Practice content is free to use; some features require a Premium purchase.

Not an official product

TwinMiles is an independent revision aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA or any government body. Our questions are original material written to teach the publicly available Highway Code; they are not the official DVSA test questions. Passing our practice does not guarantee you will pass the real test.

Premium purchases

Premium unlocks features such as full mock tests and the hazard perception trainer. We offer a one-off unlock and a monthly subscription. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your cancellation rights (digital content)

You normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, the law lets you start using it immediately if you agree to two things at checkout: (1) you consent to the content being supplied straight away, and (2) you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. Because Premium unlocks instantly, by completing a one-off purchase you give that consent and acknowledgement. If access has not yet begun, you keep the right to cancel for a full refund.

Refunds and subscriptions

One-off unlock: because Premium gives you immediate access to digital content, the one-off purchase is non-refundable once access has begun (you consent to this at checkout, as set out above). If access has not yet started, you can cancel for a full refund.

Monthly subscription: this renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time at no charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge any cancellation or admin fee.

Always: if the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided, you keep your full statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Contact us at info@twinmiles.com and we will deal with it fairly. Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have as a consumer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, copy or redistribute our content, attempt to break or disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimer - no financial, legal or professional advice

TwinMiles is an educational revision tool only. Nothing in the service is professional, legal, financial, medical or driving-instruction advice, and you should not treat it as such. We do not guarantee that using it will help you pass any test, and we are not responsible for exam results, test fees, lessons, travel, or any other costs or decisions you make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility or liability for any financial loss, cost, expense, or other damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content, whether direct, indirect or consequential. You use the service at your own risk.

Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available, accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" and cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, secure, or current with the latest rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Important: nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded - including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
